I love #tabithabrown, #pickles, #veganconveniencefood, and getting in more veggies, so picking this up from Target was a no brainer.
The veggies were crisp and fresh. The dressing was creamy and flavorful, but more was definitely needed for the full bag of salad. I'm not sure I understand the extra bag of dill seasoning included. It just tasted very salty to me, and the dressing was plenty flavorful without it. The croutons were the star, adding a nice variation of texture.
I may not get again because of all of the plastic, but I enjoyed trying this. 🥒
