when I first found this fake minced meat and tried it, it tasted like cardboard to me (2 years ago or so).
now i tried it again within a bolognaise sauce and it was much better. texture is really good.
it's a concentrate so you have to drench it in water.
can be found at 🇩🇪edeka, rewe, organic supermarkets...
