I figured I wouldn't necessarily love this, because I'm not a huge fan of raspberry flavoured things. But actually this is so good. The combination of raspberry ice cream with chocolate and cookies chunks is really nice. But don't get me started on the soft whipped top with chocolate and caramel. Too bad its only the top layer, because it's so good.
