It has been 5 years since I started using menstrual cups.
This one is made with very soft material so it is extremely comfortable to introduce it. What is very helpful if you are not an expert, it is the whole explanation about how to use it and how to choose the size (you also have images which help). The extremity is not particularly long and it may require more effort to pull it out.
