I was super curious about this, because all the cashew cheeses of this style that I've tried, I have loved - but this one isn't based on cashews, it's based on cauliflower!
Which makes it more affordable for one
But I also really didn't like it 😅😂
It has a very distinct, bitter aftertaste which ruined everything for me.
Also the texture is a little weird, because there's a very strong cut between the outside layer which is more firm and the creamy inside... Idk. Just kinda weird
