this consisted of a #delicious house made #veggieburger patty, spicy #vegancheddar and #veganmozzarella, red onion, #tomato , bread n butter #pickles, and vegan basil aioli on marbled rye!

the marbled rye was phenomenal. as the #1 marbled rye fan, i was so so happy this sandwich was in marbled rye (and it was #grilled to perfection!!). the #housemade patties here are so tasty. this is the same patty that’s on the roadhouse burger, one of my favorite menu items (def recommend). i didn’t get too much of the spice, but the crunchy #breadandbutterpickles made up for it with some interesting #flavors.

i did notice that the #vegancheese was a little strange… the #cheddar seemed to melt perfectly while the #mozzarella seemed to remain entirely unmelted 😭😭 you can kind of see it in the picture too. i didn’t necessarily mind because i had some melted #cheese already from the cheddar, but it threw me off because this is a #melt and i think it should consist entirely of #cheesethatmelts ???

overall, a good option. if it wasn’t a special, i’d probably get it again.
