
This was actually a very very good meal. Lots of flavour (and colour) in the #butterflypea #rice and there's before we go into the delicious ingredients that there were. The #tofu didn't really fit and was a bit plain, very clearly an afterthought as the stand-in for egg (yes, you do need to request this veganisation 👆), but everything else 😋😋😋 Fresh vegetables, #rendang #fakemeat, and the world's most delicious #sambal (for today at least 😛)
But I was really really annoyed that this arrived more than an hour late. It missed my planned lunch time and I had it at about 4pm after my early afternoon meetings were done. I quite enjoy food at room temperature because I'm weird, but it's quite possible that someone else would have scored this very differently if they had had to have what I had 😒
