Vegetable Jalfreeze at Maharaja Indian Restaurant — goodsproutrescue's Review (May 31, 2024)

Vegetable Jalfreeze is my go-to for Indian food, and for good reason — it’s delicious! Maharaja’s version is wonderfully spiced with bell peppers, carrots, potatoes, peas, and cauliflower simmered together in a flavorful sauce. It is served with cumin rice, and while on the pricier side at nearly $16, is very filling with plenty left over to take home.
