tofu pho-ritto at 6-1-Pho — Liz Maselli's Review (May 29, 2024)

Not my best photo, for sure but this was something really fun to try. 6-1-Pho is obviously known for Pho. For the summer months they've introduced the Pho-Ritto, which consists of all the #pho ingredients wrapped into a burrito. It even comes with a side or pho broth for dipping. We stuffed out burrito with rice noodles, #tofu, cilantro, Basil, jalapeño, carrot and rice noodles. It was super messy and hard to eat but it was really good. It's definitely something different and fun to try. It comes with your choice of a #vegan $spicy mayo or peanut sauce. We got the peanut sauce for this. It was super thick and creamy. This burrito is a large size and was $11.75
