Summer Rolls are back for the warmer months! I love the summer rolls at 6-1-Pho! They're so fresh tasting and they're kept in the fridge so they're perfect for hot days. These rice paper rolls are filled with cold rice noodles, cilantro, dikon, carrot, and strips of tofu. The #tofu is a bit different, too. The texture is really firm and has almost a soy heart texture. They come 4 in a pack for $8. They have peanut dipping sauce or even a #vegan spicy mayo. These are the perfect addition to your meal and they're only available during the summer! They also have a limited quantity each day.
