Spinach Uthappam at Udupi Palacesandrews's Review (May 22, 2024)

This South Indian restaurant specializes in dosas and uthappam which is like a dosa but instead of stuffing the crepe with the filling, the filling (spinach) is mixed into the dosa batter. It’s served with sambar, a coconut sauce and what they call a tomato chutney (though it is completely smooth). I’m not sure whether I like the dosa version better, or this, but they are both very good.
