I didn’t have any time to meal prep this weekend so went with this salad for a light lunch option. Love to see a bagged salad with an interesting vegan dressing. I’m a pickle girlie so was definitely interested in this one. As a cabbage fan, I enjoyed the mix of greens. I think you could easily make this a heartier option by throwing in some vegan nuggets.
Unfortunately a bit of plastic. I don’t buy bagged salads often but this came in convenient.
