Soy Sea Urchin Gratin うにたん at Plant-based Tokyo — Alaina's Review (May 20, 2024)

A little on the oily side with a lot of PB cheese, but overall flavor was very rich and tasty. I split it with my partner after our curry, and this was a good way to not feel overly full.
