熊本マー油のヴィーガンらあめん (Vegan Kumamoto) at Kyushu Jangara — Alaina's Review (May 18, 2024)

Admittedly, this was our first stop after landing in Japan, so not a lot of reference for tasty ramen. BUT, I think this is the best ramen I have ever had! There was a line out the door early in the day, but we luckily didn't have to wait very long. The broth was tremendously flavorful, and we were so happy to see multiple plant based ingredients without worrying about animal products. The vegan meat was hyper realistic. My husband got the "larger" bowl, which wasn't larger, just had an extra chunk of the vegan meat in it. We will definitely be coming back here again.
