Oyster Mushrooms at Watercourse Foods — Sarah's Review (May 14, 2024)

I noticed you can order a side of “proteins” so I had to try these! I got a side of the jalapeño aioli to dip them in as well. These were an amazing appetizer!! Super crispy, perfectly chewy, and a little bit of chicken flavor. These come on the side of their Southern Plate too which I’m sure pairs really well with the mashed potatoes & greens. If you’re looking for an appetizer or something fun to share between friends, don’t skip these! The portion was also pretty large and came with a variety of tiny super crispy pieces & large pieces.
