Classic Philly at Watercourse Foods — Sarah's Review (May 14, 2024)

Being from Philly I can honestly say this was better than some cheesesteaks I’ve had back home (even non-vegan ones)!! This was by far my favorite thing I tried on the menu. The soy curls were cooked to perfection and were really tender and meaty - not chewy at all surprisingly. The melted provolone added a lot of flavor and I loved the soft hoagie roll. I would hands down come back here just for this sandwich! It’s also fun you can pick a variety of sides. Don’t skip this one!
