Fried zucchini cooked in thick toasted coconut curry with papaya pickles. The drink is ginger water kefir. The zucchini is very flavourful with an interesting crunch before it was fried. The pickles are a nice side to balance off. Ginger kefir is very nice and warm to the stomach. You can choose to have wild rice or flat bread with the rendang. I think the wild rice is a great choice - in taste / nutrient / price.

Place sells eco-friendly products too! Bought solid cologne :)
