This is probably my favorite #tofu right now. This extra firm tofu is great for the additional #protein, but it also cooks so well in the air fryer. I love cutting the block into cubes, freezing it, thawing it, and then throwing it in my air fryer. It's such a great texture and absorbs so much flavor. This tofu was around $2 which is a fantastic price and #value. Trader Joe's really has great prices. I highly recommend this super firm tofu!
