Este pastel es una especie de rollo de hojaldre, relleno con toffee vegano y chocolate. Comerlo caliente es un placer, aunque frío también es rico.

Creo que combina perfectamente con un café y no es para nada hostigoso, tiene la medida de azúcar justa.
