Reminds me of late night trips to the Waffle House in the southeast US many, many years ago when they were the only place open at 3am 😊

Snooze an A.M. Eatery

I love how these came in a cute little cake shape. They were crispy on the outside and still a bit soft and fluffy on the inside. They were awesome with some hot sauce on top, and a side is the perfect portion for 1 person. I did have to add some more salt & pepper though.
