Vegan Bliss Pancakes at Snooze an A.M. Eatery — Sarah's Review (May 6, 2024)

As soon as I saw vegan pancakes on the menu I was sold. These have banana in the batter so each bite was delicious! I loved the fresh fruit topping too. They were fluffy and absolutely melt-in-your-mouth. I devoured them after a huge hike that morning. I did have to ask for extra syrup but service was super fast on a busy Saturday. They have a few other vegan options for brunch like tofu scramble!
