chwee kueh at Vegetarian Express Cafe — fulfilling's Review (May 1, 2024)

#veganisnotscary what is hidden is- usually the most tastiest Chwee Kueh I had ever eaten has dried shrimps cooked together with the preserved chopped radish- this made it superbly delicious & oily & salty. That was my past 😆

The best part is the preserved chopped radish. It isn’t oily! It looks steamed instead of stir fried in a pool of cooking oil. The Kueh (steamed flour) is soft & lightly salted. The healthiest Chwee kueh I have eaten!

Vegetarian express is renewing its rental lease around in Nov 2024, & express its concern about its foreseeable future. There isn’t many people dining in since costs raise.
