Mofongo Cups at Casa Borinqueña — sandrews's Review (Apr 29, 2024)

This place is one of three fully vegan restaurants in Saluhall, a new food court connected to IKEA in downtown San Francisco. It’s an awesome place and I can’t wait to try more from this restaurant and all the other places (including three bars!). This dish is so unique—deep fried plantains, shaped into cups and filled with yummy vegan chicken and topped with a great sauce. Not exactly healthy, but so delicious. $13.00 for two.
