Puy Lentil Cottage Pie at The Apple Inn — scottye's Review (Apr 28, 2024)

A fantastic vegan main course dish! More meals should be done with lentils and this is an example of them being used to substitute the meat that would traditionally be used instead. More lentils in this would be a good improvement I say. This comes with some mashed potato (of the normal and sweet potato variety), well made chips and well cooked seasonal vegetables.
