Mushroom Ramen at Kanji Ramen — jayles's Review (Apr 28, 2024)

I’m a huge ramen fan and this was definitely a rich and delicious contender for best vegan ramen in Cape Town. The broth was rich but developed and not overwhelming, additions of sweet corn and spring onions gave it an extra comforting element, in addition to tofu, mushrooms and greens.
