Review of vegan chikn sandwich at Winter Park Biscuit Company by aubreyj27

OMG!! this is as classic as it comes! simple lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo on a delicious brioche bun! i love how it was wrapped up!

the chickn was super crunchy and crispy, and the breading was flavorful enough that the chickn itself didn’t need any additions to be tasty. the inside was well-textured and juicy. i liked that the lettuce and other ingredients in the sandwich were clearly fresh as well. i’ve had my fair share of cheap ingredient sandwiches lately, and it made me happy to see some crunchy lettuce and a soft bun where you can tell there was some actual love put into the food!

overall, i really enjoyed this simple but delicious sandwich and i’d definitely recommend checking out wpbc in general (but do try this sandwich!)
