Review of organic pancake mix - Heinz by helenevegan

I wouldn't usually buy pancake mix but it was on sale so I thought I'd give it a go. They turned out well, and made 8 medium sized pancakes. İt's marketed for infants so it would be useful to have on hand if you have little ones around that like to help cook. I used almond milk and veg margarine and topped them with peanut butter and a sprinkle of monk fruit sugar substitute. They were so popular I forgot to take a photo of the finished product. They held together well.
