Review of ensalada mixta at Restaurante Rompecabos by albaricoque9

Last week I was on holiday in La Palma and I was struggling a little bit to find valid vegan options there, first day we stopped here, near Charco Azul, a must stop when you visit the island. Unfortunately they only had this salad and papas arrugadas as vegan options of the menu, but it was tasty, so colorful like they actually did an effort and it's not the same onions tomatoes and garlic y find here in Canary Islands. Cucumbers, cabbage, even asparagus, appreciated it 😉 also had a raspberry sorbet which was very good!
