Review of Mochi Melt at Zammy's Vegan Kitchen by arronlee

Today was a sit in the grass for lunch kind of day. Enjoy a fresh hot sandwich while watching the world go by.

I was in the mood for a burger but have tried other burgers on the menu with the exception of one. The reason I didn’t go with the remaining burger was due to some SPICY sounding ingredients. I was leaning towards the grilled cheese when the Mochi Melt caught my eye. It is has a burger and melty cheese on it….a win!

This is made with sourdough toast, a housemate burger patty, grilled onions and cheese. At first bite of the buttery flavor of the sourdough toast, which seems to be grilled (very good thing) shines through. Then comes the taste of the rilled burger patty followed by the cheese and a hint of grilled onion flavor. It reminds me festival style food. What I liked about this is the grilled onions are very subtle and so not overpower the other flavors of this met sandwich.

This is something I’d recommend and would have again in the future.
