Bibimbap at Blossoming Lotus Cafepdxveg's Review (Apr 24, 2024)

This consisted of house-made BBQ tempeh, kimchi, cucumber seaweed salad, and a lively, creamy gochujang cashew sauce. Served with steamed broccoli, sesame shiitake mushrooms, and brown rice, and topped with toasted sesame seeds. It had a delicious variety of flavors and textures from the well-thought-out choice of ingredients.
