Review of Taiwanese Style Sliced Noodle - Sautao by theveglife
I found this dry noodle at Walmart and was intrigued by the shape because I thought the curvy edges would hold sauce well. The instructions say to cook for 6 min in boiling water, I did 4 min in boiling water and 2 min in a pot with sauce and veggies. I felt like it was overcooked even with the 4 min in boiling water.
Next time I'll just soak for a few min in boiling water instead. The package comes with 6 portions of noodle, each with 9g of protein which is great.
