Turkey Pesto Melt w/ Cheddar at Vida's Plant Based Butcher — Liz Maselli's Review (Apr 23, 2024)

This sandwich usually comes with a white provolone #vegan cheese 🧀 but instead this has cheddar. They were most likely out since it was end of day and the cheeses are house made. Regardless, this was delicious. I'm so glad we split! This toasted sourdough bread was filled with sprouts, greens, #dairyfree cheddar, blistered tomatoes, #sunflower cream, and #seitan turkey. It had a lot of great flavors and I want to also try it with provolone. I really liked the pesto, last time I had it, it was very salty but this was great. This sandwich was reasonably priced at $13 and wad large in size. The setting sun was in a bad place in relation to the tables so Carl (owner) let me borrow is reflecter, haha!
