At the end of the day, it’s still airline food: salty and yet somehow bland. But I will say Air NZ does it better than Air Canada and US airlines I’ve flown with.

There’s a decent amount of nutrition through the inclusion of greens, fruit, and beans. It’s a large portion (for me) with snacks that you can keep for later.
