Mayu garlic Japanese Ramen at Gokoku Vegetarian Ramen Shop — Tara's Review (Apr 23, 2024)

The broth is wonderully rich, savory and full of flavor. The noodles are perfectly cooked. Loaded with garlic, black beans, wood ear mushrooms and bok choy. Gokuku has mastered the art of ramen. I like their Beyond Ramen a tiny bit more, but all in all, both are 5/5.
