Review of Soya Chaap Kathi Roll at Tikka Nation, Dorking by gingerbreadrhea

I went hiking with my sister to Denbies Hillside. We took a slight detour to Tikka Nation for a quick lunch 🌯 I got this kathi roll, it’s a West Bengali dish of a skewered kebab wrapped in paratha bread. The kebab in mine was made of chewy soya chunks (soya chaap) and I absolutely devoured it! Soya chaap is a very popular Indian street food and I haven’t had it in the UK yet so trying it for the first time here felt pretty good 😊 I enjoyed the dish although the roll was a little flaky. The mango chutney was incredible!! 🥭 It was sweet yet savory and definitely made me like the kathi roll more than I would’ve otherwise 😅 I’d recommend checking this place out if you’re ever in Dorking :)
