Review of Umami Curry Chickpea & Green Pea Tempeh - Kopi Thyme by svraphael88

I got this #product at the Planted Expo in #Toronto. I tried a sample and loved it! I had to buy it!

When they told me that this #miniscule package was $9, I almost choaked on my #tempeh LOL! It was too late to back out, so I went for it.

I remember loving it and have had this in my fridge for weeks. I made this peanut butter soup for #lunch and wanted to use this as my protein. It is suuuuchhh a small amount, it is comical.

I opened this plastic package (#deathbyplastic), and took a bite and it was horrible! Rancid! I don't think it went bad, it just has that gross bitter taste that tempeh has. I did not add this to my soup and instead used extra firm tofu.

I put this in a container and will try to fry it up before I use it next time.

I will not be buying this again. I hope I can salvage it.
