I’m really glad I picked this up!
Unlike other dressings or aiolis, this has no artificial or strange taste. The aquafaba makes the texture smooth and similar to non-vegan aiolis.
So far I’ve enjoyed it with fries but can imagine getting a lot of use out of this 👌
