I’m certain it’s the particular region I’m staying in at the moment, but I struggled to find #plantbased eggs. One local brand came CLOSE, but they just had to use shellac (crushed up bugs) for the sheen 🤮. My choices were a dark #chocolate bunny or the large NOMO egg and bars, and I had the dark chocolate bunny last time.
I liked that along with the egg, I got to try a little of everything the brand offers. The choc orange crunch bar was my favourite, I thought the mint one would be, but it just didn’t do it for me this time.
Oh yeah, and it was expensive, more so than any of the non-vegan ones and probably why people weren’t trying it. I don’t think I would get such a large egg again, but there weren’t any smaller options. My #chocoholic and #sweettooth were satisfied for the rest of the day, at least.
