It's really thick and creamy unlike plain coconut yogurt. It's not sweet so I add some agave for my parfaits and smoothies. It doesn't taste like coconut or cashews that much, very subtle. It's about $6.00 but I think that's just average yogurt price. It lasts more than a week before spoiling. I love it!
