Almond Vegan Cookie at SOWL — Steven Neoh's Review (Apr 13, 2024)

I was faced with the dilemma that you see in picture 2. I don't even remember what it was like back in the day when not having hard dietary restrictions to constrain me meant I constantly had to pick one from perhaps a dozen options 😅 I chose the #cookie because well I'm from a place where carrot cake means something else entirely 😛 They proceeded to pack it in the most ridiculously tall styrofoam box that I've seen in some time 😏

The #almond pieces were plentiful, and also mixed with a generous quantity of salt, so the flavour was as much salty as it was sweet, and I'm not sure the gambit worked 🤔 The cookie was also way too crumbly and soft. I like them firm and crunchy 🥲
