Review of Tofu Scramble at Butter Café by kristig

I was very excited to have a healthy option when I picked the tofu scramble. It comes with homemade breakfast potatoes. I thought the potatoes would be on the side but it was mixed within and it tasted like they were cooked in lots of oil. The tofu egg didn't have much flavor. My daughter wanted my vegan sausage (I can't stomach beyond and impossible) so I asked for it on the side. I wonder if it is usually mixed within and adds flavor?

The restaurant was nice and the staff super kind. I asked for no bread as I really need to eat #glutenfree and they offer a gluten free bread instead. It was really good bread and felt clean!

I had wanted a smoothie bowl but talked myself out of this thinking the scramble would be healthier. Next time I'll get the smoothie bowl ☺️
