Review of Curry Veggie Tofu at Uncle Tsang's Kitchen by pdxveg

This consisted of hearty tofu with a phenomenal abundance of veggies including carrots, yellow bell peppers, broccoli, bok choy, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, onions, ginger, and tomatoes in a lively, warming, thick, and creamy sauce. Served with rice. It was full of flavor, comforting, nourishing, and satisfying. (Available gluten-free)
