Flanbrulee at Ginger Muleamanda's Review (Apr 11, 2024)

This was the fourth dessert we tried here. It is a combo of creme brûlée and flan I believe. 🍮 It has a vanilla custard made from coconut with a caramelised sugary top. I liked the crunch of the sugar but found the custard underwhelming. Maybe it had too much competition on the table but we didn’t finish this and I wouldn’t order it again.
