Pineapple Upside Down Cake at Ginger Mule — amanda's Review (Apr 10, 2024)

It was exciting to spot this on the menu as I’ve never seen a vegan version of this classic American dessert. 🍍

Unfortunately, it turned out to be a bit of a disappointment. As you can tell from the picture, the cake was quite dense and heavy. Apart from the fruit itself, there wasn’t a strong #pineapple taste. Presentation also wasn’t great compared to the beauty of the other 3 desserts. I think they could make this a lot better with a few small tweaks. #cake #sweettooth #houstonvegan
