Ube cheesecake at Beyond Sushi (W 37th Street) — kristig's Review (Apr 9, 2024)

This cheesecake!! It is beyond words, just trust me that if you go here you need to get it! My youngest ordered it and I didn't trust she would eat it so I got ice cream with chocolate sauce assuming we would trade but she LOVED it! She did give me a bite for tax though 😆.

I cannot believe this is made of yam 😋, I want to recreate it somehow! It also had a ginger cookie crust and was topped with hot fudge.

It's a must try!
