Although I have no idea how a good Bun Cha should taste, I would say it is simple but delicious. The sweet and sour sauce adds a nice touch to the slightly burnt pieces of vegan pork and the bean sprouts.

Surprisingly, the chillies were not spicy at all.

I might be positively biased here because I was also generally disappointed with food in Hanoi and this was one of the better meals I’ve had there
