Whoever was in the kitchen today made the right curry-er choice. Incredible! Great texture, lots of flavor and nutritionally dense. Really goat me going. Good portion size as well, especially as it came with an equally sized bowl of rice and a Tortilla-ish thing. As a carribean dish, expect a bit of spice, but for me it was perfectly balanced and not so much to make smoke come out of my ears. Well done vegans - we will m*eat again!
