Wowwww i was pretty blown away by this dish. Never had this medley of taste before. Its #veganbibimbap so its a mixture of a lot of things. Definitely first time trying a #petai rendition. Thr’s a lot in here and it’s a really beautiful mix of flavours. #brownrice #wakame #veganfloss #slicedcucumber #slicedcarrots ,thrs also this green crunchy thing and i don’t know what it is but i suspecting pickled cucumbers,if im guessing right.
Definitely wil order this again but ill try the #lionmane one next round.
