This has nothing to do with the taste or texture of bacon, that’s not why I bought it. By now I know, I learned that “fake bacon” is very different, and I don’t even miss bacon.
I was looking for a snack for platters. This reminds me of a smokey dried fruit, you can taste all the spices. It’s not hot, nor too salty.
I would recommend it with some kind of a dip to dampen the potent flavours.
Overall, it’s not bad but I wouldn’t rush to buy it again.
