these are really good! i can definitely taste the smoked provolone flavor, and this one is actually good enough to be snacked without being melted. violife is pretty solid in their production of vegan cheese and i never feel hesitant to choose the brand, but i was still pretty impressed at how good this cheese was.
melt-wise, i actually heated this up on my chick’n patty in the air fryer and was impressed at how beautifully it melted! (photo included🙏) i was honestly surprised by this even if violife makes fairly melty cheese, but i’m not complaining. id definitely recommend this smoked provolone.
